Reach For A Dream, in partnership with the Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC), is proud to announce the launch of a new Dream Room at Grey’s Hospital’s paediatric oncology clinic.

A Space for Play, Learning, and Exploration
This Dream Room is the third to be launched this year, bringing the total to 48 Dream Rooms, further expanding Reach For A Dream’s nationwide initiative to create havens of hope for children undergoing long-term hospital care. At Reach For A Dream, we believe every child deserves the chance to embrace the joy of childhood, even in the face of a life-threatening illness.
Dream Rooms transform hospital environments by offering young patients a sanctuary for healing and relaxation. Equipped with interactive games, books, toys, and virtual reality experiences, these spaces provide much-needed relief from the clinical setting, allowing children to engage in imaginative play, social interaction, and creative exploration. Whether they are discovering new artistic skills, making friends, or journeying beyond hospital walls through virtual reality, these experiences bring comfort and joy to their days.

Expert Care and Developmental Support
Each Dream Room is facilitated by psychology graduates trained in Early Childhood Development (ECD), ensuring that children receive guided support through carefully curated activities. These trained professionals help young patients reach their developmental milestones while fostering resilience, emotional well-being, and a sense of normalcy during their hospital stay.
